Ms. Bendinelli’s practice includes a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, office, retail, and industrial leasing, joint venture agreements, ground lease and development transactions and the financing of acquisitions and development transactions. She has represented landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, developers, borrowers, opportunity and private equity funds.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bendinelli practiced at a prominent California-based law firm specializing in real estate and then in the real estate department of an international law firm.
Selected experience:
- Overseas Union Enterprises (OUE) on the office, restaurant, and general retail leasing of the U.S. Bank Tower during the redevelopment and rebranding of the building (including the addition of the Skyslide, the Observation Deck, and 71Above) located in Downtown Los Angeles
- MWest Properties on the office and industrial (research and development) leasing of its technology-focused portfolio in Silicon Valley, California
- Oaktree Capital Management on the acquisition and financing of a multi-family housing portfolio across Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada
- Rockpoint Group on the acquisition of two historical residential towers located on Wall Street in New York City, New York
In 2018, the Climate Action Reserve honored Ms. Bendinelli with its distinguished “CARROT” award. Each year, the Climate Action Reserve presents these awards to select individuals who have done extraordinary work in the field of climate action, or who have helped support the Climate Action Reserve’s mission of ensuring the highest standards in greenhouse gas emissions inventory and reduction accounting, as well as working towards progressive movement in climate change policy. Ms. Bendinelli has been recognized by the Climate Action Reserve Operations Team for “her efforts that have gone above and beyond in service to the Climate Action Reserve” involving the negotiation of new office space for the organization’s headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles.
Ms. Bendinelli received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2012, where she was a Sayre MacNeil Scholar and served as a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Bendinelli graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
Ms. Bendinelli is a member of the State Bar of California.
