Stephanie Leiter is of counsel to Appel & Henick LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Leiter began her practice at a large national law firm in New York City.
After moving to California in 2000 she worked for Friedman Stroffe and Gerard, P.C., in Irvine and then Brown, Winfield, Canzoneri, Abrams in downtown Los Angeles. She has experience in a broad range of real estate law, including lending, acquisitions and sales, and leasing.
Ms. Leiter received her B.A. in Literature and Asian Studies in 1981 from Hamilton College and her J.D. in 1988 from Rutgers University School of Law. She is a member of the California Bar.
Outside of work, Ms. Leiter enjoys time with her two children. Until its merger into Five Acres, she was a board member of Pasadena Mental Health Center and regularly volunteers at the Pasadena Waldorf School. Her leisure time activities include skiing, hiking, book club and rooting for the Yankees and Steelers.
